Per un cittadino è sempre più difficile destreggiarsi fra i servizi offerti dalle pubbliche amministrazioni, trovare l’ufficio giusto, come arrivarci, sapere quando è aperto … e cosa c’è di meglio che farlo in mobilità, tramite uno smartphone che ti guida con un “navigatore” all’interno della piattaforma dei servizi on-line e fisicamente presso l’ufficio indicandoti la strade e se è aperto al pubblico? Questo nuovo approccio ai servizi e alla burocrazia contribuisce a svecchiare
l’immagine della Pubblica Amministrazione e ad avvicinare ad essa un pubblico più giovane e tecnologicamente evoluto, in grado di apprezzare le innovazioni tecnologiche e contribuire a dare un nuovo volto ai servizi online offerti dalle P.A.
