About Pebble Notify Android App
Pebble Notify makes use of the new notification access in Android 4.3+ (Jelly Bean and KitKat) to push ALL notifications to your Pebble watch as a Watchface instead of a Watchapp. This functionality also requires Pebble 2.0 firmware.
A Watchface is used, instead of a Watchapp, in order to be able to have the face be usable as a home screen when the watch interface times out.
You can disable apps that have sent notifications in the Manage Notifications menu item (press the menu key at the Pebble Notifier screen). Checked items will push notifications; unchecked will not. Note that at least one notification needs to have come through before the app will appear in this list. Changes are saved immediately.
The Notifications permission is needed in order to read all notification bar notifications. They are pushed to the watch and nothing more. You can see the source code here: https://github.com/retro486/pebblenotifier

UPDATE: I will no longer be maintaining this app. The source code will remain available at the Github link above and the app is now free as no support is intended.
