About Pediatric Fluid Calculator Android App
This is an application for pediatrician to calculate:
1) Maintenance fluid requirements according to Holliday–Segar formula,
2) Fluid deficit according to percentage of dehydration and
3) Fluid that should be selected in case of isonatremic, hypernatremic and hyponatremic dehydration
All the formulas that have been used in this application were based on the last edition of THE HARRIET LANE HANDBOOK

This clinical calculator have been designed to assist pediatricians and do not replace a clinical judgement.
An individual patient's condition may warrant variation in fluid administration calculated - clinicians must take this into account before give any fluid.
Please check type and amount of the fluid carefully as the author takes no responsibility for the accuracy of calculations.
