About Penang Nostalgia AR Android App
The app offers a tool for users to see the old and new Penang at the same time. Users now can focus camera on several streets in Penang, and photos of old Penang will show up side by side with the new Penang. One can compare and observe how old Penang looks like decades ago.
1) One can download the relevant docs from the link below. Just copy and paste the link into the URL bar: http://bit.ly/1K3wtv5
2) If you want to have richer experience, visit the places mentioned in the document, and start the app and focus the camera on the places or buildings.
3) When the app starts, you can also click the "Create New Target" button to show some of the photos about old Penang. The button will be shown only when the surrounding environment is well lit.
4) You can click on the "capture screen shot" button to save the files in sd card. The files will be saved in FileManager/Android/Data/files.
