About Peoplesafe - Lone Worker App Android App
Peoplesafe are the experts in lone worker safety, providing services to thousands of workers across the UK. Use our app in conjunction with our subscription service and feel confident that dedicated support is just a button press away, should you need it.
Amber Alerts – set an Amber Alert when you enter a lone working environment or carry out a task that could involve risk. Close the Amber Alert once your task is completed or when you have left the environment. Should you not check out at the specified time, a Red Alert will be triggered.
Red Alerts - in an emergency our service operators are able to open two way communication with you or escalate events directly to the police if required. The experienced operator will take full responsibility for the management of any safety or security incidents and support you throughout. The app will also send your GPS position, should you need to be located.
This app uses background location to monitor the safety of lone workers, if the users activated an alert and requested assistance from our monitoring station we would be able to pin point the users location to send through an emergency response.
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
