IT IS A WEB SERVER BASED APP, BUT WEB SERVER IN YOUR PHONE THERE FOR NET CONNECTION NOT REQUIRED
TWO ADDITIONAL APPS REQUIRED FOR THIS APP TO WORK
1.ANDROID TERMINAL 2. WEB SERVER
1.Install jackpal android terminal application from google play

2.Install ccom web server app - by sajan p jose from google play
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ccoms.server&hl=en
2b. Install web server by clicking install server icon and click next button
2c. Start web server by clicking start server icon
3.Install this application
4. After installation from google store ,there are two icons
5. Click Install accounts icon , click next button and close it
6. For starting program click on start accounts icon
this will start web browser with program menu
8.Select auto setup or setup for creating database
now program ready for use
