About Phone GPS Android App
PhoneGPS is mobile based GPS tracking Application works with Drivool uMove App.
Apart from various GPS devices that uMove supports for vehicle or asset tracking, PhoneGPS extends the uMove App feature to track linked android phone as well.
To use this App you should:
1. Self register to uMove and get GAPN
2. Add the email linked to "phone to be tracked" at "Vehicle register" tab of uMove App.
3. Install PhoneGPS in the android phone to be tracked, use the GAPN created in step 1
4. ensure the PhoneGPS in-app checklist is all green and ticked
This should ideally enable you tracking, if not move for about 100 meters and check again.
This is great way to track in 3PL (third party logistics) scenario where there is no way to get tracking access. You can quick get this app installed in driver's phone and start tracking.
