Esta serie narra las aventuras de tres niños de unos seis años de edad, llamados Connor, Amaya y Greg. Todos ellos llevan vidas relativamente normales durante el día, conviviendo con sus vecinos, compañeros de clase y amigos. Pero por la noche Amaya se convierte en Buhíta, Connor se convierte en Gatuno y Greg se convierte en Gekko. Cada uno tiene poderes especiales que le hacen único, y serán de vital importancia para resolver los problemas que les plantean sus eternos enemigos Lunática, Romeo y Nija Nocturno.

Cuando Greg se convierte en Gekko tiene la capacidad de trepar por las paredes y camuflarse, además de la super fuerza que le dan sus super músculos de Gekko. Amaya por su parte, cuando se convierte en Buhíta tiene la capacidad de volar con sus super alas de Buho, además de una increíble visión nocturna. Connor, al convertirse en Gatuno adquiere una agilidad especial y super-velocidad gatuna, además de un super oído de gato. De este modo, combinando sus poderes, estos héroes son capaces de luchar contra los malos malísimos para que no estropeen el día de sus compañeros de clase, vecinos y amigos.

Las increíbles aventuras de estos héroes están llenas de lecciones de amistad, trabajo en equipo y compañerismo con las que los más pequeños aprenderán a ser héroes.
