For Passengers:
1. Because everyone hates getting stuck in traffic. With bikes, you can dash through the traffic.
2. You can travel at flexible timings. No need to wait for bus/trains or company cabs.
3. Bike is very economical compared to Autos & Cabs.

For Pilots:
1. Reduce your commute costs and earn while commuting.
2. Utilise the total number of seats available in vehicle and help in reducing pollution.
3. Make your daily commute more lively.

How it Works?

1. Passenger requests a ride by giving pickup and drop locations and time of travel
2. Passenger chooses the mode of payment and proposed ride fare, Cash payment OR Wallet payment.
3. Pilot selects a passenger from list of passengers travelling along the same route
4. See the pilot en-route on the map
5. Pilot picks up the passenger at time of travel
6. Passenger pays pilot the ride fare if payment mode is cash.

Payment model:

As passengers know their commute budget, we let passengers choose the ride fare. However the minimum ride fare is Rs. 20.

Trust and Safety features:

1. Ride partners can view ratings and feedbacks of each other that they received from previous rides based on punctuality, comfortability, vehicle condition and overall ride.
2. Corporate verification is a process that we use to verify employees of prestigious companies and students of reputed institutes. User shares the company/institute email which we verify by sending a mail. Corporate verified users develop trust among the Pilot community.
3. For female users, they can choose to travel with a female co-rider.
4. We also provide SOS feature that allows users to send an alert to the emergency contact through SMS in case of emergency. Emergency contact can see the ride route and track the current position from the link sent.

1. Bike Pooling: Sharing of journey on two wheelers
2. Commute: Regular travel to & from one's residence to office, schools or college
3. Passenger: User who wants/takes a ride
4. Pilot: User who gives a ride
5. Wallet: You can recharge your Pilot wallet through net banking or credit/debit cards. This amount can be later used to pay for rides.
