Pindot means Provincial Information Network on Disaster Occurrences and Threats. The government and people of Albay managed to create a permanent mechanism for preparing and responding to various types of disasters with the complement of mobile technology.
Pindot is a pro-active and comprehensive and rational disaster management mobile and web application in Albay in order to lessen and mitigate the disastrous effects of natural and man-made calamities.
