A Lite Version of Pipe to Pipe Distance. The only limitation is the size range which is upto 50NB.
In Pro Version you have the full size range. Please note that these versions are metric only. Should there be a demand for imperial units, the same shall be released.. your valuable feed back on the same is invited.

The Application Helps Piping Designers Calculate or Verify Pipe to Pipe distances on a Pipe rack.

We have four options namely

1) Pipe to Pipe : This is distance between Bare Pipe to Bare Pipe without flanges or insulation.

2) Pipe to Pipe with Insulation : This option gives distance between Pipe to Pipe with insulation and without flanges. One can also change the insulation thickness value from the default provided.

3) Pipe to Pipe with Flanges : This option gives distance between Pipe to Pipe with flanges and without insulation. One can also change the Flange Class / Rating value with the drop down comboboxes. The Distance calculated is between the largest OD pipe flange and OD of the smallest pipe.

4) Pipe to Pipe with Flanges & Insulation: This option gives distance between Pipe to Pipe with flanges and insulation. One can also change the Flange Class / Rating value with the drop down comboboxes. The Distance calculated is between the largest OD pipe flange and OD of the smallest pipe with Insulation. One can also change the insulation thickness value from the default provided.
