This application will help your Plank Challenge.
Start a Plank Challenge for a healthy body.
If you feel that Plank is excessive for you, stop Plank.
Plank 3 times a day for 30 days, excluding rest days.
The time shown on the 'Plank Challenge - 30 Days' table, which can be confirmed by Click the 'PLANNER INFORMATION' button, is the time corresponding to one out of 3 Planks of the date.
function :
1. Countdown timer with effect sound.
2. Vibration alarm at the end of one Plank.
3. Display the number of remaining Planks.
4. Mark 'FINISH' on the day you have finished your Plank.
5. Check the Plank Challenge Planner information.
6. Vibration & Sound On, Off.
7. Planner reset.
8. Mark 'R' on the rest days.
