When we engage with an employee, a supplier, or even a shareholder, we often realize that traditional training methods are falling short. However, during our journey, we realized that gamification applied solely to theoretical training wasn't sufficient to transform teams. So, we went beyond awarding points and prizes solely based on teams' knowledge levels. We created real-world missions where players started earning points and rewards for performing activities, such as avoiding workplace accidents, bringing innovative sustainability ideas, promoting circular economy by reducing waste, preventing racial issues and all forms of discrimination, among others.
