Virtual Queue Manager.

The administration app for managing a virtual queue useful for a restaurant, clinic or store. You can create reservations and place these in your digital queue. Your customers using an associated app (Please save my place Patron) can connect to this same queue and determine their current status including their position in line, ready state or the expected time (if set) when the service would be ready. A chat interface and announcement system is also made available.

This provides a solution that meets a variety of problems head on. This system can be used any time a customer is waiting for your services, whether you are a restaurant, store, a medical office or government facility. Clients connecting in with the Patron app means you can reach out immediately to over 80% of your customers. Your patrons can communicate with you via the chat interface and several patrons can simultaneously connect to the same reservation forming their own chat room. We proudly crafted an interface that is both simple and intuitive. Patron apps connect to the correct queue by simply entering the reservation name and an issued PIN.

Within seconds, your customers know when their situation changes, whether it's moving up the line or alerted to their service as being ready. This system also provides a direct chat channel via the apps, which can be used to keep directly connected with your customers.

There is also an announcement board that allows you to quickly broadcast messages (with title and subject) alerting anyone connecting in about changing situations like daily specials. These may be altered at any time and updates are immediately sent out to anyone connected.
