Vendo a necessidade em nossa instituição de ensino, de oferecer uma melhor estrutura na parte prática precisamente no curso de manutenção e suporte em informática aliado a oportunidade proposta pela escola para a conclusão do curso, resolvemos desenvolver uma ferramenta que possa auxiliar no aprendizado bem como na resolução de problemas mais frequentes que ocorrem em computadores. No início do projeto, foi pensado em desenvolver esta ferramenta na plataforma Microsoft Excel, porém tendo em mente o público alvo se verificou que o acesso a informação seria restrito a um seleto grupo, visando aumentar o público alvo e mobilidade da ferramenta, surgiu a ideia de desenvolver o projeto em linguagem WEB e porta-lo para o mundo Android por intermédio da Google Play Store.
