Polibis sigorta acentelerinin tüm faaliyetlerini tek bir çatı altında toplamayı hedefleyen; çağın en popüler ve kıymetli teknolojilerinden bulut ve mobil teknolojilere odaklı olarak geliştirilmiş, Pamukkale Üniversitesi ve Pamukkale Teknokent Yönetici A.Ş. tarafından onaylı bir ARGE projesi olma niteliği taşıyan bir acente yönetim sistemidir.

Polibis acentenin müşterileri, sigorta şirketleri ve diğer acenteler ile arasındaki muhasebesini tutmakta; poliçe takibini yapmakta, diğer acenteler arasındaki ay sonu mutabakatlarını otomatik olarak çıkarmakta; kullanım kolaylığı ve geliştirdiği mobil uygulamalar Türkiye’nin ilk ve tek mobil acente yönetim sistemi özelliğini taşımaktadır.

Mobil uygulamalarınız nasıl çalışıyor?
Polibis yazılım mimarisi olarak bulut teknolojisi ile çalışmaktadır. Polibis’in mobil uygulamaları da tüm verileri anlık olarak buluttan çektiği için acente bürosundaki bilgisayarına ihtiyaç duymadan kişisel şifresi ile akıllı telefonundan istediği her an verilerine ulaşabilir, müşteri bakiyesine ve poliçelerine gözatabilir, süresi biten poliçeleri takip edebilir, paslaştığı diğer acentelerle arasındaki güncel bakiyesine ve daha birçok veriye anlık olarak cep telefonundan ya da tabletinden ulaşabilir.

İş ortakları ağı nedir?
Bilindiği üzere sigorta acenteleri arasında “paslaşma” adı altında iş paylaşımı yapılmaktadır. Bu iş ortaklığı neticesinde ay sonunda acenteler karşılıklı olarak kestiği poliçeleri ve rakamları çıkarmakta; hesap görülmektedir. Polibis, kurduğu iş ortakları ağı (network) modülü ile mutabakat işlemini otomatik yaptığı gibi acente başka acenteye kestirdiği poliçeleri de el ile tek tek bir PDF dosyasından ya da çıktığı aldığı bir poliçeden girmek yerine otomatik olarak tek tuşla ekranına transfer edebilir. Bunun için her iki acenteninde Polibis kullanması ve yanlızca bir kez iş ortaklığı kurmaları yeterlidir.

Acente içi muhasebe mi de takip edebilecek miyim?
Evet. Kurum içi tüm gelir ve giderlerinizi; personel, demirbaş, sigorta primi ve aylık düzenli ödemelerinizi; hatta acente kredi kartı, pos cihazı ve banka hesaplarınızı da Polibis ile kolaylıkla takip edebilirsiniz.

Üretim transferi için şirket entegrasyonlarınız var mı?
Evet. Excel, XML ve web servisi modülleri ile acentesi olduğunuz sigorta şirketinden üretim transferlerinizi çekebilirsiniz.

Raporlar modülünüzde ne tür özellikler var?
Dönemsel olarak dilediğiniz tarih aralığındaki üretim takibinizi, müşteri ve poliçe analizini, sigorta şirketi ve iş ortakları analizlerini çekebilirsiniz. Poliçe analizinde şirket, poliçe tipi (trafik sigortası, kasko, dask, bes, vb.) ve üretim yeri gibi farklı niteliklerde raporlar alabilir, bunları Excel ve PDF formatında bilgisayarınıza ya da mobil cihazınıza indirebilir; yazıcınızdan kolaylıkla çıktı alabilirsiniz.
