Policies Please' is a simple and colourful new app which allows you to compare the key polices of the five major parties taking part in the General Election in England on May 7th


The app is gives the user a quick slice of the policies the parties are promoting - in their own words! Colourful icons and quick headers allow the user to quickly find polices which they agree with or adamantly disagree with. It will give the user a better idea of the political ideologies behind each party and will help users make a more informed decision come Election Day!


We have trawled official manifestos and websites to bring you policies without bias and spin. Although, some of these policies have been carefully / slightly edited to remain as close as possible to their original meaning. Edited? Well yes, at ‘Policies Please’, we believe in policies, not personalities and no superfluous waffle. So we have condensed and removed any attacks on rival parties or politicians which we feel should have no place in politics.


If you need further clarification on any of the policies you read on the app, each footer contains a link which will take you to that party's manifesto for further research. Please remember that ‘Policies Please' is not responsible for the content of any external / 3rd party sites.
