About Policy Management | LIC Management Android App

Welcome everyone to our LIC Management System, a system where as an LIC Agent you can keep track of your LIC records, manage your customer's payment and track their payment history with various reports of your choice.
First thing is first, login in our app with your registered user id and password given at the time of registration(Mind it, keep this credentials secret). Once you login you will be able to see all the policy records of all your client and in the menu options you will get the following modules:
1. Show Policy
2. Enroll Policy
3. Show Payment History
4. Reports
5. Profile
Along with these, there are also some prime features like automated emails and automated timely notifications and greetings in accordance with your client's record.

Let's introduce you to Show Policy menu options. In this module, you can see all the records of your client as you have entered. Through this window you can clear due installments of your client, you can enter a new client's record, you can edit an existing client's record or you can delete a client's policy. All the records are shown in an high-end data grid with several inbuilt features of filtering the data to your specification at a time.

Enrolling a policy is simple. Here you will enter a client's record. Records of a client may be for an old policy or for a new policy. All the tricky pieces of information are given at the top most part of the enrollment form depending on whether the policy is new or old. Once you finish enrolling a client's record you will be directed to Show Policy data grid.


Through Show Payment History page you can see all the installment payment of your clients depending on a date range. A rectification window is also there to rectify any payment record which has been done mistakenly at the time of payment.

Profile section enables you to change your own password which recommended time to time and Report section is a very vital section and perhaps the most important section of this app. You can see various reports such as Due Report, Maturity Report, Policy Reports depending on date ranges you will apply. There are also options to generate user defined report as per your requirement as per the privileges at the time of registration.
