Pommy is based on the pomodoro technique where one will work hard for 25 minutes and then rest for 5 minutes (default settings). You are able to customize this timing to your liking although not recommended.

Different screens will indicate whether you are on Work mode or on Rest mode. The timer will automatically switch screens depending on the current mode and this will repeat infinitely until you stop the timer.

Although you may switch between themes, Rest mode will always have a red background, allowing you to easily distinguish what mode you are currently in.
