+ Unlike conventional messenger , here you are broadcasting message to a location than a user or a group.

# Popular user - you can like or unlike the messages in each location.
+ Depending on this each users will be identified as 'popular user' for a location.
+ This is for identifying a user that sends useful message for a location, that can help others.

# Range of a location - 100,1000(1km),10000(10km) or 100000 (100km) meter radius.
+ By setting these values you limit your coverage range for reading messages and voting for a user.

# App Usage :
+ First time login, simply enter your name to start with.
+ Set your poplair spot with "setPoplairSpot" . When you login for the first time the present location will be auto saved as your first poplair spot.
+ Click messenger to view/send messages.
+ From main page, choose your popularity spot. Drop down the group and click on the saved address.
