個人行動定位數位服務助理App提供個人用戶可透過4G行動寬頻，收視推播的影音導購、廣告或優惠等資訊。另一方面也透過App將用戶室內定位的座標數據上傳至室內定位與導購雲平台，自動依據用戶輪廓資料與特徵數據，將多媒體影音廣告的推播至鄰近與不同的數位看板。透過LBS的互動式電子看板及行動技術，進行各場域的互動內容管理與意見回饋數據分析，系統會提供個人行動定位數位服務助理App用戶鄰近性的服務介面，服務後的分析結果結合商務應用，提供大數據影像分析應用服務。當特定區域發生安全相關事件時，個人行動定位數位服務助理App也可提供即時相關緊急訊息推播及相關疏散措施宣告，提供民眾相關緊急安全服務。
