Predicted Date is a simple app that implement the Julian Date Lib from Smart Calc library that was made by Computational Physics Laboratory, Department of Physics, Faculty of Mathematics and Sciences, Brawijaya University Malang. This app is try to approach the next date from few input date, based on the cycle that generate by Smart Calc predicted engine. This app was also improved by approach method that used in Novita's Final Task. For example to predict the cycle of Moon Sighting, first day of Ramadhan, first day of Eid al-Fitr and other periodicity dates.
As in the first screenshot, Predicted Date can predict the first day on Eid al-Fitr in year 2015 in Indonesia. It's just can be predict at 17 July 2015 as first day of Syawwal, if we use the 28 July as first day Syawwal on 2014.
How to use this App:
- Enter the date input at least 2 until 6 date input
- try run prediction with click "=" button
- try run until get minimum error that can be reach by your device, could be under 0.001
- if the error is still large, the calculation can be continued by press "try Continue" button in the menu.
However this app just the first step of idea implementation, and still need more the validation how far this app usable and more accurate.
