No more time-consuming phone calls, e-mailing or texting – Pro Booking connects fitness providers with their clients quickly and efficiently. The new Pro Booking app for iPhone and Android covers all aspects of appointment coordination:

• Making appointments (individual or group appointments and courses)
• Postponing and cancelling appointments
• Appointment overview including reminder function
• Communication function around appointments
• Synchronisation with Google Calendar, Outlook etc.

Developed specifically for personal trainers, golf instructors, yoga teachers and other fitness providers, Pro Booking facilitates easy and intuitive handling. Setting new standards in visual and technological terms, existing clients can also be easily integrated. The attractive design frame can be personalised and the type of training offered or the duration of time units can be freely determined. Currently in development are special features such as payment handling, marketing and reports, which will be complementing the tool shortly. Pro Booking is free of charge and will remain so for all of 2015.
