Federated Search has been added in this release with the following capabilities.
The search feature allows the user to perform a search within a number of sources such as
SupportSoft Knowledge Base, ServiceNow knowledge base, database server, internal wiki
pages or the internet, and Active Directory.
The auto-suggestion search feature gives suggestions of matching content as you type your
query. This feature allows users to quickly find and select a search query from the suggestions
