The Merchant Profile is created,procured and managed via a purchase/admin web portal outside of Google Play. The Merchant updates the goods and services accessible for Non Merchant users. A Default Merchant account is created to permit use of the solution by the end user.
The Non Merchant User has full access to all other features in the App. The user account is created and activated via the User as illustrated in the video walk through's below:
