Let's say you want to go to the gym every Sunday, PromiseKeeper will check your location to see if you're there. Or maybe you want to call your mom everyday, PromiseKeeper will look for that call everyday.
PromiseKeeper will do whatever it can to automatically detect the progress of you're promises, but sometimes it's not that simple in which case you'll have to update the progress yourself In addition, you can even add a phone of a friend to help you keep your promises. The app will send them SMS messages every time you miss out on one of your promises
