Add on functionality in existing Application which enables the user to release/ cancel the Gate Pass Request documents which in turn does the transaction in SAP ECC, to do the same. Once the GPR is released / unreleased auto mail alert will be triggered to the respective SAP User id against which mail id is mapped in SAP.
