1) If you have remained INACTIVE on the app for given number of days.
2) The scheduled date has arrived that you had set for the message.
You can also repeat the message.

set that message to be sent if he/she is inactive on the app for 15 days.

2) A friend can write a "Happy Birthday" message and
set it to send on a specific date.
The message can also be set to repeat for 30 years.
