This check list(The Impact of Event Scale-Revised. IES-R(Weiss and Marmar,[1997]) consist of three main types of PTSD symptoms.

2.You can modify your choice after the final answer.
3.The application will be terminated if you press "Exit" at the end screen.
4.You can send the test result by email for statistical data analysis if you press "Submit".
