Pulp Meter is a FREE electricity and water meter app, currently on Android, that allows you to effectively track consumption and cost information of electricity and water usage. You do this by simply sending photos of your electricity and water meters.

A companion web application (out soon) gives you several ways to analyze and visualize your data.
