About Pune Model United Nations Android App
Pune Model United Nations is the largest MUN Conference in Pune. It was conducted for the first time from January 17- 19, 2014. The two day conference observed 657 delegates and International Press members aged between 11-22 years as participants from different cities in the country.
The procedure of Pune Model UN is according the UN4MUN Procedure as established by the United Nations Department of Public Information. Pune Model United Nations is the first conference in India to follow this procedure.
It was pre-decided that the proceeds from the MUN Conference would be donated for a cause. After expending towards the necessities of the event, Pune Model UN 2014 has been in a position to extend a support of 500 USD (i.e. ~ 31,500 INR) to the UN WFP for allocating it to the “Child Hunger” program.
