1). Recording phone calls may be illegal in some countries. You should use this application at your own risk.

2). In versions of Android (9-10) blocks the option of recording calls.

3). In some devices, recording phone calls is prohibited by the manufacter.

4). If you cannot record your phone calls, you should use a different from the settings menu, and quit any other phone call recording application.
