Choose the photo you want to use.
Choose a cat from the gallery.
Move the cat to where you want him.
Resize the cat.
Save the photo.

Drag the white bubble to the side of the cat to change its size.

Most devices have the capability to save the image that is created.
However if the device cannot do this a screenshot of the application will be taken.
