Q App, never queue again – order and pay for drinks/coffee/food from your smartphone!

Does this sound familiar: you’ve worked hard all week and just want a few drinks with your friends on a Friday night; or you are on your way to work and need that double espresso to wake you up; or perhaps you just want to grab a quick sushi at lunchtime…

…and all that stands between you and your order is 10 minutes of queuing and/or fighting to be served. Sometimes several times a night.

Thanks to some clever folks at Q App, you will never again need to join the scrum at the counter, leave your friends and conversations or remember everyone’s drinks as you fight your way through the crowds. And you will not even need to take your credit card or cash with you, nor worry about closing the tab.

Here is how we’ll give you some of your life back:
-Download Q App
-Select the establishment from our list of participating venues
-Browse their menu, create your order and pay with your credit card (requires a one-off card registration)
-Keep an eye out for an alert on your phone, telling you your order is ready for collection
-Go to the dedicated Q App ‘fast lane’ and show the unique code on your phone to the staff
-Pick up your order, remembering not to gloat at the people waiting at the bar – you were like them once.
Q App will also save all your past orders at the venue, so you can re-order rounds or your favourite products with one click.

We think it’s amazing that in this age of smartphones, 4G and cloud computing people still order drinks the same way they did 100 years ago. Now, you don’t have to.
