Don’t worry, you are not alone. We understand attending an appointment with a psychiatrist or mental health professional can be stressful due to stigma, doubts about your condition and treatment, and limited time. You may have lot of questions in mind but may be afraid to ask or simply forget these in the consultation room.

QDoc is user friendly mobile application where you will be able to choose questions that you may be interested in asking during your consultation time. These questions are prepared and selected by psychiatrist with vast clinical experience and passion for involving service users and carers in evidence based treatments.

There are number of questions under several headings which you can store in one place and take them to the consultation. No more scribbling on pieces of paper and then looking for them in the consultation hurriedly! You can of course add your own questions and even take notes in the appointment.

Using QDoc, you will be able to have your own selected questions on your mobile phone during the consultation. Or you can print these to take to your appointment. QDoc allows you to keep a record of your selected question set for each of your consultations for future use. You can also organise your appointment by using the calendar provided in the QDoc.
