Quality in Enterprise Development 2017 konferencija dat će nam uvid u to kako iskoristiti puni potencijal pojedinca za učinkovitost organizacije te kako harmonizirati nove generacije s iskustvom i znanjem koje već imamo.
U zadnjih nekoliko godina pokušali smo primijeniti mnoge prakse iz Japana, ugledati se na njihovu učinkovitost, kreativnost, analizirali kaizen, lean, itd. Vrlo često se dogodi da zapnemo na pitanju – Koliko je uopće moguće primijeniti njihove koncepte na našu kulturu? Ako se i odmaknemo od pojedinačnih običaja, kultura i stilova rada, pojedinac će ipak uvijek imati specifičnosti, a uz njih i jake te slabe strane. Baš kao što i kontrabas ne može odsvirati svaku notu kao flauta prava je čarolija harmonizirati ih da ostanu kreativni i inovativni. Inspiraciju za ovogodišnju temu smo pronašli u japanskim uspjesima u trčanju, konkretno u štafetnom timskom maratonskom trčanju. Vođeni WA iliti grupnom harmonijom uspjeli su ostvariti vrhunske rezultate u sportu koji baš i nije svojstven za Japance. Ista etika diktira da cilj nije individualna slava već se grupni uspjeh koristi i na radnom mjestu.

Vjerujemo da nema velikih razlika između nas i Japanaca kad je riječ o grupnoj harmoniji i izvlačenju najboljeg iz pojedinca u svrhu postizanja zajedničkog cilja.

Harmoniju i sve one teme koje se dotiču harmonije u modernoj arhitekturi sustava obradit će vrhunski stručnjaci kroz predavanja, radionice, otvorene rasprave i praktične primjere iz prakse.

Guided WA aka harmony group managed to achieve top results in sport that's not unique to the Japanese. The same ethic dictates that the goal is not individual glory but the group success and benefits in the workplace.

We believe that there is no big difference between us and the Japanese when it comes to group harmony and draw the best out of an individual in order to achieve a common goal.

Harmony and all those topics that touch upon the harmony in modern architecture system will be processed by top experts through lectures, workshops, discussions and practical practices.
