This version of Tic-Tac-Toe pretty basic, but fun to play! I wrote it as a "hello world!" app for Android in QML using Necessitas. It's cross-platform and the source is available here:
https://sourceforge.net/u/chriskonstad/tictactoe
It has been tested in Android 4.0.3 and OSX 10.6.8 (if you build from source).
When first run, this application will ask you to install an app called "Ministro." Ministro is used to download and install the Qt and QML libraries that this app runs on. After installing Ministro, make sure you exit QML-Tic-Tac-Toe by clicking the back arrow until you reach your home screen. When you start this app again, it will say that it needs to download some Qt libraries. Once they download, the game will be ready to play!
Enjoy!
