About Quick Map Marker Android App
Generate map pins by tapping large buttons that stay on the screen. Pins include customized names and location information at the time of the button press, such as longitude, latitude, altitude, bearing, speed, and time. Pins can be viewed in some map apps on your device such as Google Earth, and KML files containing the pins can be exported to be used anywhere.
One use example is placing your device on your car dashboard, keeping the app buttons on screen, and tapping appropriate buttons as you pass speed limit signs. Then you can import the places as placemarks in Google Earth to map out the speed limit zones.
Additional features:
Message shows when no location information is available.
Changeable text size.
GPS accuracy info saved in placemark.
Each button creates its own differently colored or customized pin.
When exporting, optionally group placemarks into folders for each button.
Can reset all settings to defaults.
