In His final message Quran, our Lord does emphasize that the holy Book he has revealed is evident, clear, detailed, complete and easy to understand.

Hud 11.1

A-L-R. A book whose signs have been ascertained, then detailed, from One who is Wise, Ever-aware.

The Cattle 6.38.

There is not a creature in the earth, or a bird that flies with its wings, but are nations like you. We did not leave anything out of the book; then to their Lord they will be summoned.

This Quran could not have been produced without God, but it is to authenticate what is already present, and to provide detail to the book in which there is no doubt, from the Lord of the universes.
