About RackNap Android App

RackNap’s mobile app is designed to give admins improved flexibility and anytime accessibility to important tasks, without having to browse online. The app will give them instant access to data. Simply download and get going!
The app comes with the following functionalities:
- Simple sign-in process. Ability to login using username.
- Complete dashboard support for single pane of view into all tasks and modules. Separate dashboards for support and billing.
- Update billing cycle of services and domain and generate invoice corresponding to any service.
- View and keep a track of your data through various graphs – revenue, fresh paid and renewal income, with zoom in/out feature.
- The flexibility to change or request new password from the app.
- Portrait and Landscape orientation support.
- Support dashboard to reply on ticket, view client queries, tickets and SLAs (top 20 rows maximum).
- View products/services list per permissions assigned.
- View domains list and details per the permissions assigned. Renew, transfer or register domains.
