RAHM connects the current and future generation of LGBT+ leaders.
It is a professional network for ambitious, motivated and capable LGBT+ leaders from all over the world. Through the network, the members can connect with each other and exchange information and knowledge as well as make contact with well-known companies. Since RAHM is a cross-industry and cross-seniority community, it offers both LGBT+ leaders, who are at the beginning of their career and already experienced leaders the opportunity to foster their personal as well as professional development.

The RAHM Contest:
The international RAHM LGBT+ Leadership Contest is a worldwide unique event for young professionals and future leadership talents from around the world. With team challenges, keynotes and networking sessions it offers the contestants multiple opportunities to develop their leadership skills and actively learn from outstanding LGBT+ leaders whilst also receiving individual feedback from an executive jury.

RAHM Community App:
The RAHM Community App is our online platform, which connects all RAHM members with each other. It offers all RAHM Contest participants, community members, speakers and partners the opportunity to network with each other and use the platform to exchange ideas and project.
