Rainbow Gymnastics and Cheer Center is the area's oldest and largest athletic facility for children. Since 1999, we've been coaching West Tennessee's youth, from ages 2 through college.

We are the home of the competitive Tennessee Twisters All Star Cheer Squads and Gymnastics Teams, and also have a full schedule of non-competitive, recreational classes for both sports for girls and boys.

You'll love our pre-school program! It makes learning fun and challenging for your little ones, in either mommy-and-me or independent learner formats.

We also offer private lessons, camps, classes for homeschoolers and both public and private open gyms.

Our app allows you to register for classes and special events from your phone or tablet - at any time of day, and at your convenience.

We are especially excited to be able to offer this app as a way to quickly notify our gym families of last minute weather closings, upcoming special events, calendar scheduled closings, and other up-to-the-minute announcements.

Twisters Team members will love being able to track their competition scores and watch their progress throughout the season, and team HOPEFULS will love being notified of upcoming team openings and tryouts.
