I made an app that gives a user a random arrow when they tap the screen. The government wasted $350k just on the app and probably more for something that took me a few minutes to put together. Putting this online to point out how much waste the government spends on stuff that can easily be done for 1/5000th of the price if going by a standard programmer salary.
