Added user input validation.
Now can select minimum and maximum values for random number generation!!! And small bug fix too.
Set widget to start size at normal icon size and can be enlarged from there.
Added app to input max range. Removed "Random" text from widget. Default max is 10, default min is 0.
TODO: Update to API 28 but breaks app/widget currently.
