Vizija: Razvojna agencija Zagreb želi postati generator inovativnih rješenja za poticanje poduzetništva i društvenih vrijednosti grada Zagreba, te na taj način doprinijeti realizaciji ciljeva Razvojne strategije grada Zagreba - Plana i vizije grada Zagreba kao urbanog inkubatora održivih koncepata, poduzetništva i novih vrijednosti.

Kroz svoje aktivnosti Razvojna agencija Zagreb doprinosi stvaranju poticajnog poduzetničkog okruženja, jačanju poduzetničkih kompetencija, promociji poduzetništva, te pruža podršku poduzetnicima u transferu poslovne ideje u proizvod/uslugu te im olakšava pristup izvorima financiranja.
