About RBR Weight Loss Android App

Round By Round(RBR) Weight Loss app is designed to help you loose weight. Based on submitted by you data(weight, height, etc.) this app will calculate exact amounts of macronutrients that you should be eating daily in order to loose weight.

This weight loss program is called Round By Round because it consists of 4 rounds. And every round consists of 15 days.First 12 days of each round you will be eating in a caloric deficit, meaning that you will be eating less calories than you are burning daily, and during the last 3 days of each round you will be increasing the amount of carbs that you are eating and starting day 1 of the next round you will again start eating in a caloric deficit. Increasing amount of carbs during the last 3 days of each round will help you avoid weight loss plateaus and will replenish glycogen stores which will help to elevate energy levels so at the start of the next round you can go hard again.

While it is not mandatory, it would help you tremendously if you would do Intermittent Fasting while following this
weight loss program. It is recommended to follow 16:8 protocol, which means that for 16 hours a day you don't consume any calories at all, but you can drink anything you want as long as the drink does not contain any calories, and during the 8 hour eating window you can eat all calories for the day. Recommended drinks while doing Intermittent Fasting are black coffee(no sugar, and no milk), tea(no sugar, and no milk) and water.

With this weigh loss program you will also get a 3 day training routine. It is not mandatory to follow this training
routine. You can follow any training routine you want. As for cardio it is recommended to go for a walk for 45-60min
3 times a week. Again, it is not mandatory and you can do any other form of cardio you like.

To start using the app you first will have to submit your data(weight, height, etc.). To do that tap on the New Plan button.To create new macro nutrients weight loss plan first you have to choose measurment units(kg/lbs, cm/inches). Then fill in the form. If you have chosen inches then you should enter your height in inches and not feet and inches. Once you have filled in the form tap on the save button located at the bottom right corner of the screen.

Once you have successfully created new macronutrients weight loss plan tap on the Go To Plan button. It will take you the list of rounds in total of 4 rounds. Then you should tap on the Round 1 item in the list. It will take you the
list of days for the round in total of 15 days for the round. Then you should tap on Day 1 item in the list. It will take
to the details page for the day. On the detail page you will find exact amounts of macronutrients that you have to eat for the day. On the same page you will find the workout advice for the day. If you want to do the workout and see details for the workout then tap on the dumbbell icon. If you didn't eat more macronutrients than you were supposed to eat and you did the workout that was advised or any other workout then tap on the green 'Check' button. And if you ate more than you were supposed to and/or didn't stick to your workout regimen then you should tap on the red cross button. Note that these buttons are only active once the weight loss plan has been created. Also, these buttons become inactive if you tapped on them once.

In order to reset the weight loss plan you should tap on the red 'Refresh' button at the top of the screen at the main page which is the page that you see when you open the app.

You also can submit you current weight so you could see how much weight you have lost so far. You can do that by tapping on the green 'Scale' button at the top of the screen at the main page which is the page that you see when you open the app.
