REALCREAM Application แบ่งการทำงานออกเป็น 2 ส่วน นั้น คือ ส่วนของการตรวจสอบสินค้าละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ และ ส่วนที่สองคือการแจ้งข่าวสารกิจกรรม ของทางเจ้าของ REALCREAM Application

ในส่วนที่หนึ่ง REALCREAM Application (SCAN) ไว้ใช้สำหรับป้องกันสินค้าละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ โดยการใช้วิธีตรวจสอบ 2 วิธี คือ

โดยรหัสที่ใช้ในการตรวจสอบนั้น ได้มากจาก ระบบที่คำนวณรหัสออกมาทั้งหมด 18 หลัก โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มรหัสที่ได้ และระบบป้องกันรหัสซ้ำกันในกรณีระบบคำนวณรหัส เป็นหลักล้านชุดก็ตาม การตรวจสอบสามารถใช้ได้เพียงรหัสละ 1 ครั้งเท่านั้น
ขั้นตอนในการตรวจสอบ
1. เลือกหน้าต่าง "SCAN" หรือ "ตรวจสอบ"

5.3 ไม่สำเร็จ เนื่องจากรหัสหมดอายุ
5.4 ไม่สำเร็จ เนื่องจากรหัสถูกใช้ไปแล้ว
