Das Lexikon definiert eine Vielzahl von aktuellen Begriffen aus den REFA Kernbereichen Arbeitsgestaltung, Betriebsorganisation und Unternehmensentwicklung. Es soll als Nachschlagewerk für Betriebspraktiker, Wissenschaftler und Studierende dienen.
