About RefCom4All Android App
RefCom4All is the communication tool for umpires.
Standing strong together, that is the goal. The App is a voice communication tool. This means that umpires, and also mentors, can communicate via a speech group to help each other making important decisions.
Sport clubs can register with RefCom4All. Once registered, the users will have access via the App to the speech groups to umpire their matches. Users of the App use efficient VoIP technology over WiFi, 3G and 4G.
