Your king is asleep, and your task is to protect him from elements that negatively affect sleep. Defend
against waves of enemies with defensive towers and spells. Can you defeat the enemies before they
wake up the king?

Regal Rest is a sleep- and fantasy-themed tower-defence game that teaches about the different
elements that negatively affect sleep. The game is fast-paced and requires strategic thinking. Your task is
to build defensive towers to defend the sleeping king from the enemies that are trying to wake him up.

While playing the game, you will learn about different elements that affect your sleep and how they do
so. Enemies within the game represent these elements which include coffee, tobacco, alcohol and many
more.
